Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role will play a critical part in operating and ensuring that the factory machines are in excellent condition. This role will be involved with machine set-up as per the production plan, assist the shift team in achieving shift targets, carry out preventative maintenance on machines, carry out RCA for any breakdown and put preventative measures in place to avoid recurrence. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, safety, and housekeeping are some of the other key requirements for this role.
Requirements
· Trade certificate in Fitting & Machining or any other relevant mechanical engi
neering qualification
· At least 2 years of fitting and machining experience.
· Excellent attention to detail, fault finding and diagnostic ability.
· Capability to organize daily tasks with minimum supervision.
· Good team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
